As a native to Los Angeles, I graduated from Santa Monica High School in 1982 where I was a varsity wrestler. One of my main goals in life is simply to remain active. To achieve this goal I regularly play doubles in beach volleyball, take 40 to 140 mile bike tours around L.A. and Orange County and run the canyons of the Santa Monica Mountains. In 2007 I ran my first marathon and have enjoyed long distance running ever since.
In the ten years that I've been an NASM Certified Personal Trainer I have developed my own very innovative and effective technique to improve balance and core coordination. A key element of that is my own personally developed method called Tasi Training™. In addition to training the poorly coordinated to the ultra-athletic, I have trained many people with special needs. My ability to adapt equipment and methods to fit the unique needs of my clients has allowed me to effectively help improve the lives of disabled people including stroke survivors, paraplegics and the mentally challenged. |
